What happens next

    • We aim to resolve all complaints within four weeks of receiving them.

    • If we need more time, we’ll update you on progress and provide a final written response no later than eight weeks from the date we received your complaint.

  4. Resolution

    • Once our investigation is complete, we’ll send you a written summary of our findings and any action taken.

    • If appropriate, we’ll explain any steps we’ve taken to prevent similar issues in the future.


If you’re not satisfied

BridgingLoansBroker.co.uk is an independent, unregulated loan broker specialising in bridging finance and short-term property lending.
Because we operate in the unregulated finance market, complaints relating to our services are not covered by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).

However, if you remain unhappy after we’ve responded, you can:

  • Request a further internal review by a senior team member, or

  • Seek independent legal or professional advice regarding your options.

We will always cooperate fully with any such review and provide any information reasonably requested.
